The Terreno series from Vittoria is for people looking to shod their 700c wheels for adventure. This is the Mix Tubeless Tire. It's about going off road for fun, for racing, for the unknown. Think cyclocross, think gravel grinding. The tread is, to borrow their term, mixed. It works in all conditions, on road, on hardpack, on gravel, on loose stuff. It has a fast-rolling section of knobs down the middle. They are close enough together to move quickly on the road, but enough space to dig in to dirt. The shoulders have open lugs for gripping on leans. The base is Vittoria's TNT carcass. It can be run tubed or tubeless, and can work with regular and tubeless rims. There's a puncture resistant belt laid over the casing. The tread is built up with Vittoria's 3C, three compound, rubber for durability and topped with their G+ Graphene rubber for both high stickiness and low rolling resistance. The tire comes in the 700c diameter and three widths: 31 weighing 380g, 33 weighing 420g, and 40mm weighing 500g. 33 is the widest you can go in cyclocross, otherwise, choose width based on what kind of roads you ride and cushion you need.
